Learning and Laughter with Louise had three distinguished women who all advocate for bilingual literacy within our classrooms. Jennifer Jones works with Volunteer USA's Deaf Family Literacy Academy in Florida. Karen Nemeth owns Language Castle and is the author of Many Languages, One Classroom and Stacey Kannenberg is the owner of Cedar Valley Publishing and the author of the very well known and respected, Let's Get Ready to Learn series.

Sandy Lygren has started a new Facebook website called, "We Want My Deaf Family". Thousands are joining her campaign to get this YouTube phenomenon and project spearheaded by Marlee Matlin on primetime television. We wanted the Learning and Laughter with Louise audience to find out about this great program, too!
The second guest was Alison Rhodes. Louise and Alison talked SIDS, grief, heartbreak, special education and resiliency. A true story of how a mother's love can conquer all. Through adversity, Alison changed her executive PR life to owning the succesful SafetyMom.com company.
