American Patchwork and Quilting Pocast Michele Muska Nov 2014

I love creative people and Michele Muska is one of the most creative people I know. She works in cloth for quilts, she works in ribbons and beads, and sometimes they all come together at once! Plus she has a super amount of engery and loads of incredible Ideas. I meet Michele when I hosted a radio show for the craft industry and we've been friends ever since! Michele is going to tell us about her wonderful new book “Quilting the New Classics” that I was happy to be part of!

American Patchwork and Quilting Pocast Casey York Nov 2014

The first time I saw one of Casey York's quilts I was very drawn to it. She loves applique, often larger scale and lays out a project with a minimalist feel that is fresh and delightful! Now she has a book called “Modern Applique Illusions” that I'm super excited to learn about.

Jane Davidson from Australia was attending the trade show in Houston so I was able to catch up with her! She shared with me her new self published book that features her quilts and the quilts of several other Australians. It's fantastic!
