Erin Klink is a wife and a mother of 4 small children ages 6 years to 1 year.  I started my direct sales career 9 years ago.  The last 4 1/2 years, I built my business with a company to be second in the nation for sales and number 1 in the nation for recruiting for 3 years in a row.  Through the growth of my business, my husband was able to quit his full time job to become a farmer.  This past year, I started my own company, Klink Consulting.  We focus on helping companies build their businesses and grow their teams.  I also wrote a book called Celebrate Your Success.  It highlights different successful direct sellers and their successes of their personal businesses.

Celebrate your Success is going to focus on women in business, working from home, and how to manage your business and your family life.  Six percent of women that make over $100,000 in the United States are in direct sales.  There are many different levels of success too; we are going to investigate different ways to achieve all levels of success through different businesses.
