Family by Design Radio ADVOCATES, INSPIRES and EDUCATES in the areas of Adoption, Adoptive Parenting, Foster Care and Children's Missions. Our shows are designed to highlight organizations, authors, parents, adoptees, foster alumni and many others who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and journey to help change children's lives.

Karla Marie Williams is a national radio host, advocate, author and speaker on adoption, foster care and children's missions. She shares with her audiences her personal and professional experience in the world of adoption. Karla has interviewed and partnered with some of the most influential pioneers in the adoption and orphan movement. She is passionate about training and encouraging parents to raise confident and well-adjusted children through adoption. As a consultant she has coached many families through the process of adoption and post adoption strategies. Karla and her husband Tom are proud parents of 3 great kids (soon to be 6) via adoption and live in Grand Rapids, MI.

We will be celebrating Family by Design's 1 year anniversary. We will be highlighting our most popular shows over the last year. Tune in and celebrate with us.
