Melenie Broyles founded Etiquette Saint Louis ten years ago as a way to emphasize to individuals that having good manners was more than knowing which fork to use.  The success of Etiquette Saint Louis has created needs for our programs in other markets.  Etiquette Kansas City, Etiquette Chicago, Etiquette Atlanta, East Texas, Dallas, Miami and Southwest Missouri have all kicked off and been received with great enthusiasm.

"Etiquette is not about impressing people, it is about using kindness, courtesy, and respect in every part of our daily lives." - Melenie Broyles

Melenie understands that etiquette is a sensitive topic and has found ways to use humor to make etiquette more fun.
She worked in corporate human resources for 12 years prior to starting Etiquette Saint Louis.  After remembering some funny and some not so funny situations as well as parenting four children, she has seen a real need for discussion that encourage self-confidence, poise and good manners.  So many people cannot apply the rules of good manners to everyday life because they take the rules so seriously.  It is possible to learn good manners, apply them to regular life and have fun at the same time.

Melenie conducts corporate etiquette programs around the country, teaches children's programs in St. Louis, is the co-author of The Little Pink Book of Etiquette, Special Edition,  trains consultants to teach her programs in other cities and is the wife of Rich Broyles and mother of four wonderful children.

Jill Hickey of Not So Soccer Mom is my guest today.  So much fun.  Check out her vlog.
