No matter where you are in your real estate lifetime - just getting started, or downsizing to your retirement home, you won't want to miss Liz's power hour of everything real estate. Our mission is to inform, to inspire, and to share our expertise to help you make better real estate decisions.
Each week, we'll dive in to a new market niche: investing, downsizing, staging, new homes - if it has anything to do with real estate, we're talking about it. Industry experts share their insights and experience in a bottom line approach, and you are invited to call in with questions or to share a story of your own.
Liz offers practical advice and tips on topics ranging from marketing to negotiating and everything in between. We'll recommend simple projects to enhance your home's value, and give you a sneak peek into a day in the life of a REALTOR. We'll share success stories as well as what not to do when you're buying, selling, investing, renting, or moving.
Tune in live on Wednesdays at 4 pm EST, and join us for the "real skinny" on all things real estate!
A 1984 graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, Liz jumped in to real estate as her first job out of college. She has worn many hats over the years, including new home sales, training, corporate relocation, land development, and sales management.
In 2003, she launched her own real estate brokerage, Liz Moore & Associates. Liz's vision was a boutique real estate company that was totally client centric. She literally reinvented the process, empowering consumers and agents alike with up front information and control by introducing the Liz Moore "No Surprises" program. Consumers responded, and now the Liz Moore team enjoys market leadership positions in both their southeastern Virginia offices.
In 2006, Liz introduced Property Management, Investor and Commercial Services to her offerings. She has been recognized as "Entrepreneur of the Year" by the Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, and honored with a "Women in Business" Achievement Award by Inside Business in Hampton Roads.
Liz serves on the Peninsula Advisory Board for the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters, as well as the Smart Beginnings Council, a local coalition of business leaders committed to helping disadvantaged children in our community get a good start in school and life.
Liz lives in Williamsburg with her husband, Roger, and their Airedale Terrier, Winston. They have one son, Grayson, who is currently studying Business at Auburn University in Alabama.
