ABOUT SUE WHITAKER

Sue Whitaker’s intriguing and unique approach to business ventures has made her known for her keen business sense. As a business consultant, Sue has been known for thinking outside the box, but she relishes the fact that she never got into the box. Sue’s entrepreneurial spirit began while growing up in Northern California Wine Country and creating a hand-written newspaper in the fourth grade and selling it to neighbors for twenty-five cents a copy. Sue describes that as her first taste of being an entrepreneur and she hasn’t stopped since. Being unafraid to step out into new ventures has given her a diverse business background. Sue has owned a retail business, marine manufacturing company, apparel design and manufacturing company, we well as partnered in several diverse businesses. As host of “Wine Clubs Online" radio show, Sue has brought her love for business to life weekly on her radio show. Sue has also used her experiences and infectious energy in the political and civic arenas and has worked with celebrities and professional athletes. She was appointed by two Governors to serve on various Commissions, appointed by President Reagan as Ambassador to Australia/New Zealand in the People to People program and was appointed to the International America’s Cup Marketing Committee, motivating her to create an America’s Cup mail-order catalog. As a keynote speaker, Sue has been described as “having an acute awareness of everything that is happening around her.” She has been featured on ESPN, Entrepreneur magazine, television, radio and media interviews. As a founder of Wine Clubs Online, Sue sees this as an avenue to incorporate her love for fine wines into her passion of being an entrepreneur.

ABOUT DANIEL MORRIS

Daniel Morris has always had a love and appreciation for the finer things in life, having spent a great deal of his childhood on the grounds of Shaker Village at Pleasant Hill Kentucky. Observing the architecture and hand crafted furniture by the Shakers, created his admiration for the simplistic architecture and craftsmanship of the Shakers. This taught him the beauty of wood and its possibilities, leading him to making artistic creations from wood as a pastime. Spending much of his time outdoors, Daniel grew to have an appreciation for the land and the fruits that it bears. He owned a farm and, as a certified organic grower, ran a CSA. This love of the land and outdoors, lead him to an athletic career in the cycling and running industries, as well as inspired him to compete as a triathlete. His ongoing love for historic preservation came to life again where he is presently involved in the environmental recovery field. Daniel developed a love for fine wines in the 1980’s, and has never lost a flair for selecting and enjoying a fine wine. As a founder of Wine Clubs Online, he enjoys the opportunity to broaden his wine knowledge and enjoy experiencing the adventures that the wine industry has to offer.
