Military Network Radio, powered by Linda Kreter,  believes in improving the status quo for each member of the military family at each stage of service. Our dynamic hosts bring varied perspectives and expertise to the broadcast and guests are selected each week for their focus on acting and doing, rather than merely talking about issues.

What's important to you? What motivates you? What's innovative and effective in gaining jobs, new skills, education, wellbeing, and communication? What can you learn about improving your daily quality of life and realizing your dreams? What are ways to share your expertise to help others, or to gain new skills? With our emphasis on real experiences and new or renewed resources, join us each week for information of value that improves your outlook and actions as a member of the military or veteran community, their families, and those who care about them. Everyone serves and together we make a difference.

Co-Host: Justin Constantine

Justin Constantine volunteered for deployment to Iraq in 2006, and served as a Civil Affairs Team Leader while attached to a Marine infantry battalion. While on a routine combat patrol, Justin was shot in the head by a sniper. Although the original prognosis was that he had been killed in action, Justin survived. His personal awards from Iraq include the Purple Heart, Combat Action Ribbon, and Navy-Marine Corps Commendation Medal.

Since his injury, Justin was the Honor Graduate of his class at the Marine Corps Command and Staff College, and completed an advanced law degree at Georgetown University, retiring from the Marine Corps at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Justin runs his own business as a Leadership Expert and an Inspirational Speaker, which is his true passion (ConstantineGroup). He speaks at numerous corporate, educational and military events about leadership, the upside of change, teamwork and overcoming adversity, teaching audiences that everyone has the ability to be a highly productive leader, achieve better results and be more effective by practicing the best techniques used by the top military and business leaders in the world. Justin also recently co-founded the Veterans Success Resource Group nonprofit organization to provide full-resource community events for our veterans and their families.

Co-Host: Tosombra Kimes

Tosombra “Tai” Kimes, is a lover of chaos. She thrives on opportunities to masterfully create and beautify things she knows will be helpful to others. She doesn’t mind the mess it takes in getting there, either. A modern polymath, Tai is skilled in marketing, business, teaching, customer service, writing, event planning, is certified in etiquette instruction, and has her own business, www.GirlAdored.com. As a co-host on Military Network Radio, Tai is excited to share her experiences in and passion for the military community. She is a disabled Army veteran, a wife and caregiver to a Retired Army Veteran, and a military brat. Her favorite quote is, “Bring it on, life! We’ll get through this together.”

Co-Host: Jason McNamara

Jason McNamara comes from an unconventional and challenging upbringing, joining the USMC after dropping out of high school. In the USMC, he earned his GED, and deployed to Iraq in 2003 from Camp Pendleton with three Military Occupational Specialties. Today he holds his BS in Business Management from University of Phoenix, and is currently in a graduate program at The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.

In the civilian world, Jason worked at federal agencies in high-level IT positions, but his real passion is giving back to others. In 2014, with fellow Marine Ben Thompson, began a non-profit called Squadleaders, dedicated to providing high-quality career and personal peer mentoring, engaging community programs, and energizing social activities.

Jason has held and continues to spend time in several senior leadership positions focusing on leading national healthcare technology teams, serving as a board member for several volunteer organizations (including the Boys & Girls Clubs of America) and is a regular community volunteer helping homeless children and veterans.
