Dr. Patricia Zurita Ona, PsyD (Doctor Z), is a licensed psychologist specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for anxiety-based struggles. She is the author of six books and an international workshop facilitator. “Dr. Z” helps clients get unstuck from fears, perfectionism, and procrastination so they can live more meaningful lives. She is a Fellow of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science for her contributions to disseminating ACT.
