Jenni Schaefer’s straightforward style has made her a role model, source of inspiration and confidant to people worldwide looking to overcome adversity and live more fully. Jenni’s breakthrough bestseller, Life Without Ed, which has recently been released in a tenth-anniversary edition as well as audiobook, established her as one of the leading lights in the recovery movement. Her next book, Goodbye Ed, Hello Me, widened her message to one of self-actualization and personal fulfillment. With her latest, to help the millions of people who struggle in the grey area between normal eating and full-blown eating disorder, she teamed up with Harvard Medical School to write Almost Anorexic.

Dr Drew Ramsey

Dr. Ramsey is a psychiatrist, author, and farmer. He is one of psychiatry’s leading proponents of using dietary change to help balance moods, sharpen brain function and improve mental health. An assistant clinical professor of psychiatry at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City, his clinical work focuses on the treatment of depression and anxiety.  Using the latest brain science and nutritional research, modern treatments, and an array of delicious food he aims to help people live to their happiest, healthiest lives.

His work and writing on food and brain health been featured by The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Huffington Post, Prevention, NPR, The Atlantic, Self, The Doctors Show, CBS News, and Men’s Health. His recent bestseller 50 Shades of Kale (HarperWave 2013) helped elevate kale to celebrity status and has made this superfood accessible to thousands. Dr. Ramsey is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He completed his specialty training in adult psychiatry at Columbia University/New York State Psychiatric Institute, received an M.D. from Indiana University School of Medicine and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Earlham College.
