This week we're in true celebration mode. The whole show is about traditions, rituals and all the ways we celebrate every single day. From holidays to birthdays to daily dinners we're chatting about the things that bring us together, build bonds and make memories.

Joining us for an inside peek is author Meg Cox. Meg is a wife and mom who loves to create and use rituals herself. She has spent years interviewing experts about the details of rituals and why they are important as well as nterviewing families on how they use them. She'll be sharing the inside scoop on creating rituals and traditions that bind your family together and carry you through our fast-paced, ever-changing lives.

And after our chat with Meg we'll go to Christmas Corner where we'll take a look at how we can make a better holiday through tradition.
