The stores say it's time to think about school; supplies line the shelves, uniforms fill the racks, and back-to-school sales abound. That means it's time for moms to do a quick check in to make sure you're ready to kick off a fantastic year.

We're taking a look at the three key areas to consider when planning your year and ways to celebrate going back-to-school.  Then we'll be joined by Kristin Beltaos and Daniella Knell who'll share tips for parents of children with food allergies. There are definitely things you must do before school begins to ensure a smooth start and a safe school year for your child. And when it comes to food allergies look to these two ladies to make sure you have the bases covered.

Then, in Christmas Corner, we'll be taking a look at the one thing you must think about at this time of year so you don't end up with huge stress in December.

Daniella Knell  is an allergy educator, community advocate and mom of two children managing food, animal, medicinal and seasonal allergies.  She provides adult and children's allergy awareness classes, national telephone workshops, product videos and one-on-one consulting.

Her goal is to 'alleviate food allergy fears one classroom at a time' through a positive, uplifting and partnering approach.  The strong support networks and community advocates this provides are invaluable.

At Smart Allergy~Friendly Education Daniella will make your personal journey easier by realizing the vast resources available to you. Living with food allergies isn't the end of eating as you know it.  It's the beginning of expanding your knowledge of the allergy friendly world around you.
