We're talking about Adult ADHD today and taking a look at the beautiful way ADHD minds work. ADHD is often shown in the news as something difficult and even bad but there is a beautiful side to the way ADHD minds work. We'll explore that and find out some of the benefits of thinking this way as well as some tips for handling the challenges. ADHD Coach Dana Rayburn is joining us for this conversation and to share her insights.

Before Dana joins us we'll talk about kids going back to school. It's that time of year, the time when kids will be joining clubs, activities and sports teams. And that's when your year is defined. We'll take a look at how you can select activities that make the most sense for your child and the family.

We'll wrap things up in Christmas Corner with a look at different ways to give back. Christmas is a magical time where we love to spread joy but it can be hard to find time or inspiration. Today we'll look at ways to find the time and even share some inspiration for new and different ways to make a difference. Then we'll talk about the grandparents and what to give them that will make their hearts sing.
