We have some great tips for you today starting out with an idea for helping your kids, and you, get a better night's sleep. Then we're chatting about rainy day fun. It used to be that a rainy day made me want to curl up in bed with a book. Once you have kids, that option goes right out the window! The good news is that there are tons of things you can do together - and you'll all have fun.

After we cover all that, we're talking to Christina McGhee. Christina is a divorce coach and the author of the highly acclaimed book, Parenting Apart, How Separated and Divorced Parents Can Raise Happy and Secure Kids. Divorce is difficult for many reasons, the least of which is parenting. Christina will share some tips and advice for heading off issues and dealing with the ones that come up as you co-parent with your ex. She'll also tell us the first thing moms need to do to care for their kids, which might just surprise you.

And then we're headed over to Christmas Corner with our next DIY Christmas wreath project. This week we have 3 DIY ideas for creating Christmas wreaths with holly berries.

Join us at noon ET (11am CT, 10am MT, 9am PT) on www.radio.heartfilledholidays.com
