Michele Howe is an accomplished author, inspiring speaker, and addresses a diverse range of women's health, parenting, family, and single parent issues.  Michele Howe will be our guest on Chained No More Talk Radio on September 26Her latest book, "Preparing, Adjusting, and Loving the Empty Nest" will be her topic.

Michele is the author of 18 books for women.  Her first book, "Going It Alone:  Meeting the challenges of Being a Single Mom", provided hope and practical helps for single moms new to parenting solo.  One of her most recent books is titled, "Empty Nest, What's Next?  Parenting Adult Children Without Losing Your Mind."

In addition to her article and book writing, Michele is also featured in the new "Single and Parenting" resource video series as a parenting expert.  Her passion is for single moms and families, and now she will inspire and educate listeners who are struggling with the Empty Nest.

This busy woman lives in Michigan and has been married to Jim over 33 years.  They have four grown children and four grandkids.  They enjoy water sports of every type, biking, and hiking.  She also loves to read, which is a good thing, since she is also a book reviewer.
