Karen Dancey - Suicide: How A Family Can Go On

Author and speaker, Karen Dancy, brings many experiences to our show today.  She survived the extreme heat of the desert, and also the extreme arctic cold of Fairbanks, AK.  She has also survived through financial devastation of unemployment, tragic loss, widowhood, and endured single parenting. Karen will be our guest on Chained No More Talk Radio on November 7 to share about her most tragic loss; the horrible suicide of her first huband and its effects on her entire family.  Her topic will be "Suicide:  How a Family Can Go On".

Her newly revised book, "Mountain of Hope" tella her story and showcases how God can heal broken hearts and transform lives.  She is authentic, passionate, humble, and a courageous woman of faith.  She holds a bachelor's degree in Family Life Education, volunteers in children's and women's ministries, and is part of Michigan Christian Woman Speakers.  You will challenged,  inspired, and encouraged!

She and her new huband live in Southeast Michigan with their growing active teenage boys.  Her sons will tell you that she embarrasses them at soccer games as she marches in place, hoping to reach her goal of 10,000 steps!
