*** Free patterns at the END.. guests Abreu, Carrie Nelson, and Kimberly Jolly!
Each month this year Mary Abreu of Confessions of a craft addict is joining me so we can talk about in depth on topics we quilters want to know about! This month we have two, how to use search terms to find other quilters and fun things online, and how to develop a checklist to help you pick a new sewing machine. And that might be how to upgrade or get a machine for a special purpose.

I am super happy to have my friend Carrie Nelson of Miss Rosie's quilt company back! Carrie made a move to Texas and works at Moda now, we are all so happy she does! She writes at the Moda Cutting Table Blog and attends shows where Moda has booths, so you can see her in person. She still has her pattern company and does wonderful projects. Today we are going to talk about the type of sewing we in the industry do, and we'll chat about moving our studio spaces. Carrie has doen in twice in the last few years and has great tips!
Kimberly Jolly is not only the owner of the Fat Quarter shop, but she also designs, does amazing videos, and creates great communities through her sew alongs. I am also excited to have Kimberly talk about the charity work she has been doing for several years now with her Free quilt along charity project. This year is Crossroads, and it's my second year making a quilt to be auctioned along with a few others.
