Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith is a board-certified internal medicine physician, wife, mother and the author of Set Free to Live Free: Breaking Through the 7 Lies Women Tell Themselves. She treats a predominantly female population and has firsthand experience with the struggles women face. Her passion is helping women overcome the mental barrier which prevent them from enjoying happiness, health, and wholeness. Dr. Dalton-Smith has been an adjunct faculty member at Baker College and Davenport University in Michigan teaching graduate and undergraduate classes including nutrition and disease progression.
