This is 1st bilingual book teaching young children why mommies wear military uniforms; it's been named a finalist in the "Best Educational Children's Book - Bilingual" category in 2014 International Latino Books Awards.
Blythe Lipman, President and Founder of Baby Instructions based in Scottsdale, Arizona, is a nationally recognized baby and toddler expert, a parenting consultant, an author of three award-winning books, Help! My Baby Came Without Instructions, More...Help! My Baby Came Without Instructions, and Help! My Toddler Came Without Instructions, a teacher, a caregiver, a keynote speaker, a blogger AND host of Baby and Toddler Instructions, a weekly Internet radio show which airs live every Wednesday at 11:00 am EST on toginet.
Blythe's love for babies and toddlers started at the young age of eleven and continued while a student at Boston University where she volunteered in the Neo-natal Intensive Care unit at Boston's Lying-In Hospital, lovingly donating hours caring for preemies.
In addition to the seminars and workshops Blythe provides through local organizations, she also works extensively with new parents on an individual basis, sharing her expertise to make those first years easier and building their confidence they need to become great parents.
Blythe has worked as lead teacher in many preschools. She has designed innovative infant and toddler rooms that include state-of-the-art equipment, age-appropriate toys, books and music to help children reach their milestones. Blythe provides turn-key operations including meeting with the Health department, training the teachers, writing manuals, daily report sheets, parent data forms, as well the teachers rule books and contracts. She it the author of the parent introduction booklet "Welcome to Our Infant Room," currently used by many preschools in the United States.
Blythe serves on the board of Prevent Child Abuse Arizona and is a frequent presenter at national educator conferences, schools, pediatrician and OB/GYN offices, hospitals, book fairs, and specialty stores.
