“A lot of resources aren’t there for pre-optometry students. So a lot of things like helping with the personal statement that’s a little bit different for optometry students, helping with just the whole application process, a lot of that didn’t exist - just a couple of people on YouTube. So I felt really lonely applying to optometry school and getting in to Midwestern University. So I made it my goal these last couple of years to really help people get in to optometry school and be a resource for people. In optometry school, I started a YouTube channel basically where I just helped people get into optometry school and answer any question I can think of.” - Josh Reese
