Being at the bedside of the dying is where some of my most important life
lessons have been realized. In my eyes, the dying have become my teachers. It
is a privilege, in that quiet and sacred space, to be present to and bear witness to
the important moments in the closure of the life of another. It holds the gift of
"now."
Dying is an organic and natural part of the life cycle
