Debbie Pickus, the founder and CEO of Team Fireball, began training in Shotokan karate in the early 90s, when her oldest son was 18 months old, and throughout the pregnancies and births of her two other children, finally receiving her black belt in 1999. Her fitness instructor background began at the dojo teaching cardio kickboxing classes, and then moved into several north shore health clubs where she still teaches today. She has also managed and owned several fitness businesses, including Title Boxing Club. At Title Boxing, she began bringing in businesses to do team building, leading to the creation of Team Fireball, Inc. 

Team Fireball offers lunch and learns, fitness focused team building, and executive programs that help improve conflict resolution, communication and mental agility to businesses. As a company with a social conscience, their mission is to deliver these empowering programs into women’s shelters with the intention of changing the mindset, self esteem and belief systems of those who feel trapped by their circumstances.
