Jeff King has been using the Process Communication Model for 20 plus years and in every type of setting. From clinical to corporate, he has taught individuals and groups how to communicate effectively and diagnosis others communication preference.

The Process Communication Model was birthed out Transactional Analysis research and the creator Tabi Kahler was the communication advisor to Bill Clinton.

He currently is the Head of Communication at Hook Point Consulting. Jeff is a Master Process Communication Model trainer, one of only 25 in the world. He is also the author of "Beyond Drama"
