God's word tells us, saints are to have a different world view than sinners. Although we live in the same world, we are not of the same world.  That is why we often don't fit in. So when it comes to politics, what should our view be?

Saints should understand, no one achieves leadership or power over a nation unless God allows or orchestrates it.  This is true even if the leadership is evil or corrupt.  He often used evil people/nation's to chastise others for theirs sin and rebellion against him. He will use a godly leader or allow an evil one to rule for a season if it suits his purpose. Jehu defeated Jezebel even though he later fell into sin himself.

So, what should we do in the face of the Impeachment Scandal?

We should pray and seek God's will concerning our nation.

We should pray for and about our President and elected officials.

We should offer words of wisdom and insight to those that are troubled about what's happening.

We should see the bigger picture, through Godly, spiritual lenses.
