How to Balance Your Relationship with Food

Tracy CromwellLeigh Richardson of The Brain Performance Center and host of In Your Head with Leigh Richardson speaks with Tracy Cromwell, a nutrition expert, coach and published author, to talk about how to balance your relationship with food. She trained in more than 100 dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods as well as science-based personal training.

Tracy now utilizes her life experience and education to create a supportive environment where her clients develop body confidence from the inside out.
 
Tracy is a published author of three books a: 1) "One Crazy Broccoli, My Body is Smarter Than My Disease!" a compilation of empowering stories from authors from around the world. This book is a collection of true stories, all sharing what people went through, and how they managed to recover from fibromyalgia, diabetes, depression, serious allergies or even multiple sclerosis, just to name a few. And 2) "What's Left to Eat?", a cookbook filled with experts from around the world, offering recipes for those who are nut free, dairy free, sugar-free, wheat free, gluten free, egg free, soy free and GMO-free.

Tracy's most recently published book, "Your Personal Journey with Food, A Roadmap For The Confused And Frustrated Dieter," is an interactive book that will take the reader on their own personal journey with food. The reader will not only begin to understand their current unique relationship with food which may not be serving them, but begin to create a new, vibrant, unique, and healthy relationship with food!

Tracy received her Health Coaching and Nutrition training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as well as Precision Nutrition where she studied a variety of dietary theories and
practical lifestyle coaching methods. She received her Personal Training and Weight Loss Specialist Certification from The National Academy of Sports Medicine. With her knowledge and first-hand life experience, she works with clients to co-create a completely personalized program to move them toward their ideal vision of health within their unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
