A successful TV marketing executive, Genevieve Piturro dramatically changed the direction of her life and found her purpose when a 6-yr old girl’s question changed her life and she jumped off the corporate ladder.  Piturro founded the non-profit, Pajama Program, which this year, celebrates its 21st anniversary, having delivered more than 7 MILLION magical gifts of new pajamas and new books to children through their 63 chapters across the U.S.

Genevieve is now a professional speaker and purpose consultant. She shares life and leadership lessons from her award-winning best seller, Purpose, Passion and Pajamas: How to Transform Your Life, Embrace the Human Connection and Lead with Meaning. The book debuted during the Covid shutdown to rave reviews as its message dovetails perfectly with our Nation’s growing interest in finding purpose. Her TEDx talk: “1 Idea + The Human Connection = 7 million Pajamas” debuted at the same time. Her book awards include the NIEA 2021 Award, the 2021 NYC Big book Awards, a bronze medal winner in the Anthem Awards, and Distinguished Favorite in the Independent Press Awards.
With a deep understanding of how vital purpose and the human connection is in leadership, team building, and the bottom line, Piturro created the Purpose ACER business training program.  The program helps leaders create a shared culture by aligning the goals of the company and management with the goals of its employees.
