Doug has some great advice for parents who spend a lot of time working and then feel guilty about not getting to spend enough time with their kids. Whether this leads to no communication or the other extreme of giving kids whatever they what whenever to compensate.
Don Jackson is the Founder & CEO of DaddyNewbie.com. He's a 3-time cancer survivor. He's also the dad of a 3-year-old, and the stepdad of an 8-year-old. He writes about life, the universe and everything-from the perspective of a Dad. Don enjoys frequent trips with his family to parks, museums, and the great outdoors (he also writes about many of those epic battles and great adventures). He just launched the ABQ Dad's group, and he also frequently connects with fellow bloggers from around the world--to learn from and network with them.
