Heidi Poelman is the author of the book The Two-Minute Marriage Project: Simple Secrets for Staying in love, now selling in the United States, Australia, Spain, and India. Heidi has a bachelor's and master's degree in communication from Brigham Young University and Wake Forest University. She has been married to her best friend, Scott, for 15 years and spends most of her time at home raising four smart and spunky kids. She loves reading, being outdoors, traveling to new places, and writing about her experiences with family life.
