Chief Patent Officer

Dick received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He received his law degree from the University of Baltimore. Dick is a registered U.S. Patent and Trademark Office patent agent. He worked for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for 35 years. Eighteen of those years, Dick was a Supervisory Patent Examiner, and 2 of those years, he was Director of the Office of Independent Inventor Programs. As Chief Patent Officer, Dick supervises our patent attorneys, agents, and technical writers. In his spare time, Dick enjoys playing golf, watching movies, and reading.
