From Refugee Camps to Success and Happiness

Turning Wounds into Wisdom to Live Your Best Life

When we are handed challenges and traumas in life, we can do one of two things: We can either feel overwhelmed and stay stuck, or we can face them head-on and allow the growth and wisdom that are to be gained. In this episode, Rukshana Triem shares a bit about her extremely difficult childhood in refugee camps, as well as other life challenges that pushed her from self-destruction to self-love. She also offers some key points to get you started on your own path to a happier, healthier life.
