We often view conflict as something to avoid at all costs. While it’s true that conflicts can be “frumpy and messy” it’s also true that not having the conversation will generally always lead to the conflict getting bigger, uglier, more difficult, and more emotional, according to my guest Charmaine Hammond, an expert in Conflict Analysis & Management. On this weeks podcast Charmaine shared some tips and techniques for navigating and resolving conflicts whether it be in the workplace or in our personal relationships.
