Success Profiles Radio 10/19/20 show

Simon Lovell was this week's guest on Success Profiles Radio. He is the author of the book "Black Ball: Anybody Else Have A Secret?" He was bullied as a teen and fell into multiple addictions, then turned his life around and built a million dollar company from zero to $1 million in 18 months.

We talked about the importance of identifying the things that we feel guilt or shame about and letting them go. In addition, we discussed keys to high level performance and emotional intelligence. We addressed the importance of creating a high energy routine, living in your superzone, taking confidence-aligned action, and consistent focus.

We also discussed the importance of daily meditation, repositioning a weakness into a strength, entrepreneur depression and loneliness, and how to decide what to say yes and no to.

We talked about a lot more on the show. You can listen on iTunes and iHeartRadio, as well as https://toginet.com/shows/successprofilesradio
