Success Profiles Radio 05/03/21 show

Dr. Joan Rosenberg was this week's guest on Success Profiles Radio. She is the author of "90 Seconds To A Life You Love", and is a licensed psychologist in California. We talked about building confidence, high self-esteem, and emotional mastery.

We discussed why people are afraid to confront their feelings, what happens when you repress emotions for too long, acknowledging and appreciating your emotions, and getting curious about the message that your emotions are giving you.

In addition, we talked about embracing uncomfortable feelings and her TEDx talk that deals with this subject, why we are so hard on ourselves, and recommendations for dealing with grief.

Finally, we discussed tying our identity into what we do instead of who we are (and why that isn't productive), the importance of gratitude, and how her TEDx talk (which has over 1.8 million views) has changed her business. We talk about so much more. You can listen on iTunes or at https://toginet.com/shows/successprofilesradio
