Success Profiles Radio 07/26/21 show

Steele Smiley was this week's guest on Success Profiles Radio. He is the CEO and Founder of Crisp & Green and Stalk & Spade, two casual fast food restaurant franchises that he started in Minnesota and are rapidly expanding across the country. They have 80 locations in 8 states and plan to have 100 by the end of the year.

We discussed how he always envisioned himself buying and selling companies, the importance of emotional intelligence, how he put himself in a position to receive multi-million dollar offers for his fitness company which he sold in 2013, the importance of knowing your top core values, and the most important skillsets he tapped into to build his companies.

In addition, we discussed the importance of building a strong local presence while building a business, having a reliable supply chain, his favorite productivity tips, and how his restaurants pivoted during COVID.

We discussed so much more on the show. You can hear the entire episode on iTunes and at https://toginet.com/shows/successprofilesradio
