Matt Kirkegaard was this week's guest on Success Profiles Radio. When he moved from Wyoming to Nashville to pursue a career in music, he lived in his car for six weeks while he figured out his next move. After that, he was homeless for 1.5 years, so he knows a lot about overcoming hardship.
He now runs a successful real estate agency and has been named one of the Top 100 agents in Tennessee. We discussed one of the biggest strategies he used to start and quantum leap his real estate career, the value of being actively involved in your community, how he uses his music background as a competitive advantage, and his TV show, "Selling Nashville".
