Nathan also founded Ecombalance.com a monthly bookkeeping service for Ecommerce Sellers/agencies and OutsourceSchool.com where he teaches his hiring processes.

He has been selling online for over 7 years and has sold more the $20 million in products through ecommerce.

We discussed the importance of diversifying your vendor list and not relying strictly on one exclusively in any category. We also talked about how to start an Amazon-based business, the value of bootstrapping your business to help it grow as opposed to getting outside capital, and the importance of excellent customer service to his corporate culture.
