He is also the author of 3 real estate books, including one with NYT best selling author Brian Tracy. His most recent book is "No Nonsense Real Estate".

We discussed many topics including how to recognize a good deal, mistakes people make when they buy or sell property, and red flags that most people may not recognize when looking at a deal. In addtion, we discussed buying luxury properties and how that is different than buying a mom and pop home.
