Dean Lindsay was this week's guest on Success Profiles Radio. He is the author of several books, including "How To Achieve Big Phat Goals", "Cracking The Networking Code", and the upcoming book "Think Progress Leadership Not Change Management".

We discussed his background as an actor and musician. He appeared in the movie Twister, as well as other projects including his work with the Texas Shakespeare Festival. In addition, we discussed how his Big Phat Goals book is different from any goal-setting book on the market. We also talked about why people don't achieve want they want in life.
