We compared the differences in leadership between the military world and the corporate world. We also discussed engaging with team members effectively, driving results, developing others, advancing visions, and creating legacies.

In addition, we discussed the importance of transparency, loyalty, embracing core values, the relationship between liking and trusting someone, and how to have difficult conversations in a way that shows that you still value the other person.
