He is a top-producing real estate agent and has acted as an investor, developer, and principal in over $50 million in land, commercial, and residential real estate. He is also the author of 3 real estate books, including one with NYT best selling author Brian Tracy. His most recent book is "No Nonsense Real Estate".

We discussed many topics including how to recognize a good deal, mistakes people make when they buy or sell property, and red flags that most people may not recognize when looking at a deal. In addtion, we discussed buying luxury properties and how that is different than buying a mom and pop home.

We also talked about how buying a commercial property is different than buying residential properties, how his first deal happened, and the deals that became his best learning opportunities.
