Success Profiles Radio 11/05/18 show

Davey Williams was this week's guest on Success Profiles Radio. He co-created Csurepreneur with his business partner Chris Salem, and is the Director of Community Relations for the nonprofit Empowered Fathers In Action.

We discussed the business lessons he learned running restaurants for years, the importance of owning issues so you can deal with them, and what it means to "trust the process". In addition, we discussed how he incorporated the beach as a business metaphor and the five components of his coaching model.

We also talked about how and why the EFA Movement was created and the impact they plan to have, the core values of the organization, and the difference between empowering and enabling. We also discussed how he decides who he wants to work with, and the importance of having mentors.

We discussed so much more on the show. You can download the show on iTunes anytime, and you can also listen to any episode at www.successprofilesradio.com
