Success Profiles Radio 03/11/19 show

Dwayne Clark was this week's guest on Success Profiles Radio. He is the author of the book, "A Big Life" and his new book "30 Summers Left", which is about how to improve our lives and increase our chances of living longer. He is the co-founder and CEO of Aegis Living, a company of 2,300 employees across the West Coast, serving residents in 30 assisted-living communities with ten new ones in development.

When his Mom needed to be in an assisted living facility she stayed at Aegis, and Dwayne got the customer's perspective on how his business runs. We talked about what guidelines we should consider when picking an assisted living facility if that day comes for a loved one.

In addition, we talked about how his organization gives back not only to the community but also to his own staff. He created the Potato Soup Foundation, where he gives to employees and their families when they have needs. We also talked about his unique philosophy of hiring that helps him get more information from candidates than a traditional interview would.

We also talked about the importance of culture and world-class customer service in his organization. We discussed so much more on the show. You can subscribe to Success Profiles Radio on iTunes for free. You can also listen to any episode at https://toginet.com/shows/successprofilesradio
